Following in their father Jim’s footsteps, Roland and Russell developed their skills in the trade from a young age, becoming highly experienced, time-served craftsmen specialising in custom joinery solutions. Meanwhile, Nicola pursued a degree in Business Management, achieving honours and now expertly manages the office, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
